Did you know today is National Polka Dot Day?!?! (January 22nd) Well, we all know who is the queen of polka dots… MINNIE MOUSE!  She was my style inspiration for this outfit!  The umbrella I am wearing is from her Rock The Dots collection at Shop Disney.  I was so excited it was snowing out and that I could use my new umbrella for the occasion!
